TeraMach is led by a team of seasoned executives.  They bring together extensive experience in the IT industry and management.  Together, they leverage sound business sense, creative thinking and experiences gained at world class enterprises to deliver compelling solutions in the areas of Storage, Optimization, Security and Availability (SOSA).

Hunter Li
Co-founder, President and Director of Sales
Since co-founding TeraMach in 1996, Hunter has served as its President.  In this role, he is responsible for setting TeraMach's business strategy and direction and oversees the execution of the business plan.  Hunter is also leading the TeraMach sales team, who have won numerous multi-million dollar IT contracts in both the public and private sector.

Under his leadership, TeraMach has grown to become one of the top100 Solution providers, ranked #57 in the annual survey by Canadian Dealer News.  Hunter has over 20 years of sales and business development experience in the IT industry and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Alberta. 

Darlene Kelly, CMA, FCMA
Chief Operating Officer
Since joining TeraMach in 1999, Darlene has overseen the sales, professional services and corporate services of TeraMach, ensuring that the organization delivers on TeraMach's overall corporate strategy.  Darlene is also responsible for finance as well as management of all partnership relationships with manufacturers, distributors and external consultants. Darlene brings to the TeraMach management team twenty-five years of experience in business planning, finance, management consulting and training. 

In addition to her professional designation as a Certified Management Accountant, Darlene has recently been selected as a Fellow of the Society of Management Accountants of Canada.  This national award recognizes Darlene's contribution to the territory of management accounting, the profession, and the community.  Darlene holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa.

Darlene is heavily involved in the community.  In addition to sitting on national boards and provincial committees for CMA Canada, Darlene devotes her time to numerous not for profit organizations. 

Peter Fu
Director of Professional Services
With over 20 years of IT experience, ranging from system development to the design, and implementation of mission-critical storage and network architectures for multi-million dollar projects, Peter provides leadership to the professional services organization.  His technical and analytical skills, combined with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills allow him to work effectively with both technical and business users.

Since joining TeraMach, Peter has been responsible for building the processes and technical expertise that have allowed the TeraMach professional service organization to continue its remarkable growth.  Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Alberta.

Christian Nguyen
Co-founder, Director of Marketing
Since co-founding TeraMach in 1996, Christian has been responsible for all aspects of corporate marketing and communications at TeraMach.  With over 13 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the IT industry, he also has extensive experience in servicing Federal Government and private sector customers across Canada. 

At TeraMach, Christian is also known for his excellence in building and maintaining customer relationships with large enterprise clients and business partners.  Christian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier Unversity.
