The TeraMach team is fluent in the configuration of HP, IBM, HDS, SUN and Symantec products.  Our certified professionals provide the experience,knowledge, and capabilities for successful, high quality implementation on HP, IBM, HDS, SUN and Symantec server and storage technologies.  These services includes the planning, configuration, integration and testing of the hardware and software on up to five servers in a customer IT environment.

As part of the platform and storage implementation service, TeraMach

• Conducts planning session prior to commencement of work.
• Provides complete server and SAN configuration planning worksheets
• Boots the hardware into Standby Mode and creates base configuration according to the planning worksheets.
• For SAN storage, integration and configuration with the fibre channel network.
• Creates Normal System Profiles.
• Installs operating system and/or other system software according to the planning worksheets.
• Installs additional updates and patches.
  
• Performs basic customization on each servers and SAN systems as agreed to in the planning session. These may include creating logical volumes, file system, groups and user ids, and basic TCP/IP network settings.
