TeraMach Selected as VMware DISO Partner

January 2, 2007 - TeraMach, an IT Solutions Provider, announced that it has been selected as a VMware DISO Partner for the Canadian Federal Government, effective immediately.

In mid-2006, TeraMach announced that it has been accepted into the select VMware Enterprise VIP Partner program.  Each VIP partner is required to successfully complete an extensive training program and have several full-time certified consultants to deliver complete assessments as well as design and implement solutions using VMware technologies. TeraMach currently has three VMware Certified Professionals (VCP) on staff.

"We at TeraMach take pride in the expertise of our consultants, and are honored based on their accomplishments, to be accepted into the VIP Partner Program," said Hunter Li, TeraMach's president. "We believe our clients will benefit greatly from our partnership with VMware and we look forward to the future opportunities this relationship will bring to light." He adds, "VMware fits perfectly into our strategy of helping customers optimize their IT, allowing them to do more with less and respond more quickly to organizational changes."

This partnership continues VMware's strategy of partnering with experienced, trusted solution providers to deliver VMware Virtual Infrastructure to a new class of customers. By offering key partners such as TeraMach access to VMware best practices, customers can now leverage TeraMach's expertise, enabling them to build a virtualized IT infrastructure that will drive down their costs, and allow them to be more efficient and responsive to the needs of their business.
