As Ontario Health will retire the ONE Mail Direct service in the fall of 2021, TeraMach has been qualified to provide an equivalent service to Ontario Health ONE Mail Direct Clients that wish to continue to participate in the ONEMail Partnered Network.

3 Step On-boarding Process

We are finalizing the integration and onboarding processes with Ontario Health and expect that to be completed in the next few weeks. Once that is completed, Ontario Health will be sending another communication giving you your 90 day window to migrate. We understand that some may want to migrate ahead of time and we would be happy to onboard you once everything is in place.
